The Approach

  • In-situ coaching regarding specific live accounts and prospects to win new business and penetrate existing customers whilst coaching sales people on the application of best practice sales approaches
  • Remote coaching via email and / or telephone - either 'on-demand' or diarised sessions delivered by your Salespunch™ coach
  • Where appropriate, your Salespunch™ coach will lead from the front and act as your sales person - over the telephone and via face-to-face joint customer visits to demonstrate best practice in a very hands-on fashion encouraging team members to ‘take the leap’ and implement enhanced sales behaviours
